One such feature that is new to the Mac OS platform in this release is the Analysis ToolPak for Mac plugin which features support for a number of analytic functions, including analysis of variance, ANOVA, and regression tests, a statistical process for estimating the relationships among variables. Microsoft® Excel® has received a major functional overhaul and is the beneficiary of a number of improvements that data analysts and other number crunchers will appreciate.
